Once access to the webinar (live or replay) has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend live.

If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent access to the webinar content, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist in resolving the issue.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Online Coaching

Coaching Services

Online coaching includes personalised nutrition guidance, performance support, and accountability delivered via app access and scheduled online check-ins. Coaching is educational in nature and does not replace medical advice.

Onboarding Session

All online coaching plans include one initial face-to-face or live onboarding session, used to clarify goals, set personalised calorie and macro targets, and ensure full understanding of the coaching process and app usage.

Ongoing Support

Weekly check-ins are completed online via forms.
This service does not include daily messaging or real-time support unless otherwise stated.

Additional one-off face-to-face or live sessions may be purchased separately if required.

Payments

  • Coaching is billed weekly in advance.

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

  • International clients may be charged in their local currency at the displayed rate.

  • Payments are non-refundable once a coaching week has commenced.

Cancellation & Changes

  • A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel or pause coaching.

  • If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given, payment will continue for the notice period.

  • Notice must be provided via email or written message (DMs are acceptable).

Pausing Coaching

Temporary pauses may be approved at the coach’s discretion (e.g. illness, travel), but are not guaranteed. Any approved pause must be agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibility

Results depend on client compliance and consistency. The coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to performance, body composition, or health markers.

Clients are responsible for:

  • accurately tracking food and activity where required

  • communicating changes in health, medications, or injuries

  • seeking medical clearance where appropriate

Medical Disclaimer

Nutrition and training advice provided is general and educational. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional regarding any medical conditions, medications, or concerns.

Coach Discretion

The coach reserves the right to terminate coaching with appropriate notice if the coaching relationship is no longer aligned, safe, or productive. Any prepaid unused weeks will be refunded in this case.

LVLUP HYROX Foundations

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the LVLUP HYROX Foundations program operated by LVLUP.

By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Program Structure

LVLUP HYROX Foundations is an 18-week training, nutrition, and mindset program, delivered across three structured 6-week phases.

While the program runs over 18 weeks, access to content is provided progressively, with each phase becoming available at the appropriate time. This phased delivery is intentional and designed to support safe progression, recovery, and optimal performance outcomes.

Payment Options

Clients may choose between:

  • Weekly billing, or

  • Upfront payment for the full 18-week program at a discounted rate

Both options provide access to the same program content and support, delivered according to the phased structure.

Upfront Payments

Clients who select the upfront payment option are purchasing access to the entire 18-week program, delivered progressively over time.

Due to the discounted pricing and the structured nature of program delivery:

  • No refunds are available for upfront payments once access to the program has commenced, including for unused phases.

  • Access to future phases is granted in line with the program timeline and is not provided early.

Upfront payments secure access to the full program experience and are not refundable for change of mind, non-use, or early discontinuation.

Weekly Billing & Cancellations

Clients on weekly billing may cancel their subscription at any time.

However, as full access to each 6-week phase is provided upon commencement of that phase:

  • Payments will continue until the end of the current 6-week phase

  • Billing will not cease mid-phase

  • No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a phase once access has begun

Access to subsequent phases will not be granted once a cancellation has been processed.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, please email lvlup.coaches@gmail.com from the email address used to purchase the program, with the subject line:

“HYROX Foundations Cancellation”

Once your cancellation request is received:

  • We will confirm your current phase

  • Your access will continue until the end of that phase

  • No further payments will be taken beyond that point (for weekly billing clients)

If you are unsure which phase you are currently in, you are welcome to contact us and we will confirm this for you.

Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds may be provided where required by law, including in circumstances of a major failure such as:

  • The service not being provided at all, or

  • The service being significantly different from what was advertised and unable to be remedied

Change of mind, non-use of the program, or early cancellation do not constitute grounds for a refund where the service has been delivered as described.

Policy Intent

This policy exists to ensure:

  • Fairness and clarity for all clients

  • Program integrity and structured progression

  • A consistent and high-quality experience across all participants
