Meet Laura (Nutritionist)
I’m Laura — Nutritionist, lifestyle coach, and your no-BS guide to levelling up your health from the inside out.
With nearly a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of women (and men!) fuel better, train smarter, and finally feel confident in their skin — not through restriction, but by raising their standards. I don’t believe in quick fixes, cookie-cutter meal plans, or obsessing over scales. I believe in strength, education, and sustainable glow-ups that ripple into every area of your life.
I lift heavy, eat over 2000 calories a day, sleep like a baby, and say a hard no to low carbs, low effort, and low standards — and I teach my clients to do the same.
At LVLUP, I coach people who are ready to stop playing small — whether you're chasing your first HYROX, navigating post-diet confusion, or just tired of starting over. If you're done with fluff and ready for real change, I'm your girl.

Meet Tim (Exercise Physiologist)
I am a dual-qualified Exercise Physiologist & Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people just like you who are having trouble with pain that is affecting every day life.
With over 10 years experience, I work with a wide range of people of all ages & backgrounds in clinical, gym and professional sports settings, helping people manage any injuries or niggles they may have.
To achieve your desired results, I use a combination of massage therapy, rehab/prehab exercises, dry needling, shockwave therapy, stretching & mobilty, taping, and education on how to manage your own pain in the future.

In my spare time you can find me in the gym working on my own pain rehab (I've had my fair share of injuries too!), spending time with my new wife (Laura!), or watching a bit of footy. I also like to play a bit of sport (hockey & golf), and practice what I preach by keeping myself fit and healthy year-round which makes a huge difference in my ability to keep playing at a moderately high level. I'm also an avid dog lover so please feel free to show me your own best mates!
