The LVLup website does not collect personal information about people who access the LVLup website without seeking prior permission. Our Internet server may automatically record details about any computer used to access the LVLup website (such as the IP address, domain name and browser type), the date and time of access and details of the information downloaded. This information is used for internal statistical purposes and to improve the LVLup website.

By making an enquiry or booking request through the LVLup website, you agree to allow us to contact you by email, SMS, telephone or other means in order to facilitate your enquiry or booking. LVLup will not use your contact information to contact you except regarding the specific request you made through the LVLup website, or directly related topics. If your enquiry relates specifially to informaton provided in the Perspective Newsletter, you may be added to this marketing and promotional feature.

Should you decide not to receive marketing or promotional information from us at any time, LVLup offers an "opt out" mechanism. Upon request, we will remove you from any LVLup lists used for communication purposes or direct marketing activities.

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you by posting an updated version of our Privacy Policy on our website. The amended Privacy Policy will apply between us whether or not we have given you specific notice of any change.
